Standard delivery:

2-4 working days is FREE of charge

Fast delivery:

1-2 working days (if ordered before 14:00 today) - CHF 9.50

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped out. You can track your package using your tracking number.

Note: To receive notifications from us, please make sure your email address is correct.

Does Pure Swiss Boutique ship internationally?

We ship orders only across Switzerland. 

How much duty and tax do I have to pay? Are there any additional fees?

We are responsible for all duties and taxes.

If there are any duties or fees due to custom inspections or any other fees you were charged for, please keep the receipt of the payment, contact us at info@psboutique.ch and send us a copy of the receipt. 

Note: If your order was refused and sent back to us, you will be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package back to you.

How do I track my orders?

1. Once you order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number by email.You can track your order status via the link sent by email.

2. If you did not receive this email or you got the wrong tracking number, please contact us at info@psboutique.ch

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship out orders, it can take up to 1 business day before the shipping status gets updated. This is due to shipment consignment registration delay.

Should there not be any shipping status update within 2 business day, please contact us at info@psboutique.ch

Why didn't I get any email about my order being shipped?

Shipping confirmation email is sent out to you automatically by the system once your order has been shipped out.

If you did not receive this email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or check in your spam folder.

It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to proceed your order before sending your package out. 

If you did not receive any shipping confirmation email within 2-3 business days from the date you placed your order, please contact us at info@psboutique.ch

How come my shipment status shows "delivered" although I haven't received my parcel yet?

First, we suggest you look around for your parcel. Ask your neighbours to check if it wasn't delivered at the wrong address. If not, you should contact your local post office for further information.

If you still haven't found your parcel, please contact us at info@psboutique.ch. We will try our best to help you solve this issue.

Why was my order shipped separately?

Sometimes, you may receive separate packages, please do not worry, there will be no additional costs on your side.

Why was my package returned?

The address was not specific enough and the parcel couldn't be delivered. We have tried to contact you many times but did not receive any response.

Can I modify my shipping address after placing my order?

The first thing to do is sending us an email at info@psboutique.ch to let us know you want to change the shipping address. We won't be able to modify an address once the parcel has been shipped out. 

To ensure your package can be properly delivered, please make sure your address is correct and complete including all relevant information including apartment/suite/room number/etc.

Please keep in mind we are unable to cancel an order after it has been shipped out.

What if I received a defective/wrong/stained item?

If you have received a defective, stained or wrong item, please contact us at info@psboutique.ch

Please make sure you don't return any item before contacting us. We will provide you with the necessary information for the return.

When contacting us, please enclose the order number, the SKU number of the item, a brief description of the issue and a few pictures to show us the exact problem.
