If labeled machine washable, use a gentle cycle with cold water (30°C/86°F) and a gentle detergent specifically formulated for silk/ mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Choose a delicate or hand wash cycle with a low spin speed to minimize agitation. Opt for a short wash cycle to minimize the time the silk item spends in the washing machine. This will help prevent excessive agitation and reduce the risk of damage.
2. For hand washing, use lukewarm water (around 30°C/86°F) and a gentle detergent specifically formulated for silk.
3. Protection: Place silk in a mesh bag for machine wash or hand wash delicately, avoiding wringing or twisting to prevent stretching or damage to the delicate fibers.

However, sometimes, after washing, silk can lose some of its natural moisture-retaining properties. There could be a few reasons why your silk pillowcase feels dry after washing:

1. Harsh Detergents:

Using harsh detergents or washing silk pillowcases with regular laundry detergent can strip away the natural oils from the silk fibers, leading to dryness.

2. Improper Washing Technique:

First, we suggest you look around for your parcel. Ask your neighbours to check if it wasn't delivered at the wrong address. If not, you should contact your local post office for further information.

The address was not specific enough and the parcel couldn't be delivered. We have tried to contact you many times but did not receive any response.

The first thing to do is sending us an email at info@psboutique.ch to let us know you want to change the shipping address. We won't be able to modify an address once the parcel has been shipped out. 

To ensure your package can be properly delivered, please make sure your address is correct and complete including all relevant information including apartment/suite/room number/etc.

Please keep in mind we are unable to cancel an order after it has been shipped out.

When contacting us, please enclose the order number, the SKU number of the item, a brief description of the issue and a few pictures to show us the exact problem.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, given the delicate nature of silk material, WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT HAVE A DEFECT OR THAT HAVE A DIFFERENT SKU NUMBER THAN THE ONE WRITTEN IN THE ORDER.

We accept return requests within 14 days from the delivery of your purchase. If you are eligible for a return, please contact us at info@psboutique.ch and provide us with the following information:

1. Full name
2. Order number
3. SKU number of the item
4. Reason for the return
5. If you have received a damaged item, please attach a few pictures to show us the exact problem.

Should you obtain a return authorization, we will provide you with the necessary information for the return.

Please make sure you don't return any item before contacting us. the Customer must obtain a return authorization from Pure Swiss Boutique before returning any goods. No goods will be accepted without prior acceptance of the return by Pure Swiss Boutique.

Upon receipt of the return authorization, the Customer has 7 working days to return the goods to Pure Swiss Boutique. After this period, the return will be refused.

Returned item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all the original tags attached to it.

The item must be returned or shipped with all accessories in the original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
If the original packaging is missing, the product must be packed in a way to avoid damages during shipping.

Customer ships or delivers the product at their own expense. You can use any shipping method you like. Please make sure you keep the tracking number to check the return status.

Refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Please note that the payment process is beyond our control and can take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited back into your account used at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to partially refund the purchase price if the product has been used, damaged or if any original accessory is missing and if tags are no longer attached to the item.

We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen during transit. Should this happen, you should claim compensation from the transport company that shipped your item.
